The MISS CENTRE OF THE WORLD GHANA COMPETITION celebrates young women through capacity building
to enable them attain higher heights as official ambassadors for Tema, Ghana as they embody and express the center of the world concept to enhance tourism and its investment opportunities available to communities and people.
Dr. Kwegyir Aggrey once said, "The surest way to keep people down is to educate the men and neglect the women. If you educate a man you simply educate an individual, but if you educate a woman, you educate a whole nation."
The competition avails equal opportunities to young women regardless their faith, ethnicity, body shape, size and race.
The organisation derives inspiration from Goals 8, 9, 10, 11, 13 and 17 of Agenda 2030 of the Sustainable Development Goals by the United Nations.
